Old Hippie Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 I saw a documentary on L.A.P.D.'s anti Graffiti unit. The cop asked the kid why he had tagged a building. The little shit replies "...it is my turf, so I tagged it so everyone will know it is on mine..." So the cop whipped out a marker, and wrote on the kid's jacket, hat and sneakers, and said "...I agree, you are on my turf so I can mark your property so everyone will know you are mine..."
