If they let you in at all you pay the same expensive price as everyone else that goes there. But more often than not you won't be let in. I haven't been to any places that try to rip off customers in Japan. They tell you what you get and how much you pay. The only problem is if you don't understand the system and can't speak the language. You may feel like they ripped you off compared to what you could have gotten in other parts of Asia for the same price. For the places that did let me in, I usually got treated very well by everyone. I would be really cautious about places advertised on that web site. Any place in Tokyo specifically catering to foreigners would be the last place I'd go if I was trying to avoid getting ripped off.
