There is a Citi ATM at Narita, of course. In Shinjuku, Citi is located next door to the Kinokuniya Book Store. Look at the map. Find #1. Look to the right of that. The Kinokunyia is marked. Going by their porn industry, it should be pretty good (see Tsubaki Special Bath house for example....). 95% or so of the Japanese sex industry (which is a billion dollar industry) is off limits for gaijins, but there seem to be some grey areas. For some clubs it might be fine if you are being introduced by a Japanese and if you speak Japanese language. But for middle class or high end venues you should bring a few hundred or more USD. I think you can find some numbers at ISG. When I lived in Japan a decade ago the only P4P I tried where TGs from the street in Kabukicho and Ikebukuro, but the street scene has been earased completely by the Japanese police in the meantime. I am once a year in Japan and I did not look for P4P since then, except once when I tried a Chinese girl in cheap brothel in Kabukicho, but it wasn't the best experience. Even the smaller karaoke clubs would have available ladies. A few streets down from where I had an apartment (Fuchu city) there was a group of Philippina ladies living in a house that I walked by everyday on my way to the train. I would see signs out front of the karaoke clubs that would advertise that they had foreign ladies available, but the sign was written in Japanese, so better if you can read and speak some Japanese. Other Japanese customers don't like seeing Gaijin fucking "their" women and the owners worry you will cause problems because you don't understand the rules. You could try the cabaret type places. Along with the stage show their is sometimes a room where you can take your favorite girl for some private fun. It is expensive though, usually 5000 yen for the show and as much as 8000 for a bj. And it helps to understand some Japanese if you want to take the girl into the private rooms, although there is often a girl or two who wants to show off her English skills.
