Savittre
Hi Guys, Just wondering if a teeth whitening method that takes 2 weeks is available in LOS. The dentist makes a mold of your teeth and gives you the supplies you need, and you do it at home. The advantage is you can stop when you think your teeth are white enough, whereas the in-office treatment is quick, but you're stuck with the result, like it or not. IMHO, it's possible to overdo this teeth whitening stuff! Thanks.
rchapstick
Had it done in LOS once ... can't remember the dentist offhand. Worked well. It was also half as much as my US dentist wanted to charge me. My US dentist claims that this method also lasts longer than the laser method. HeartThais
My experience with laser bleaching was underwhelming but not unexpected. They will show you what to expect using some photos. The laser bleach will get you about 3 shades lighter which is noticeable but not dramatic. You need to go in several times for dramatic results. I gave up after one. It is not unpainful. They told me the at-home bleach yields similar results to laser bleaching but takes longer obviously.
rchapstick
The OTC kits give slight improvements. In my experience, the trays and bleach you get from the dentist give dramatic results.
