gobbledonk Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 I saw Lizzy at the front of the Sydney Opera House about a year after they released 'Boys are Back in Town' : about a hundred thousand people turned up for the free gig. They were fantastic live - unlike so many bands today - but I couldnt believe how lame Lynott's solo efforts were after he left Lizzy. Talk about the needle and the damage done - tragic.
