shygye
A man who gained Internet notoriety after lighting a cigarette off the 2010 Vancouver Olympic torch has died in a freak train accident in Thailand. Jordan Ashley Krull, 26, died after falling from a train in Ratchaburi province, 80 kilometres west of Bangkok. According to the Bangkok Post, Krull’s body was found early Tuesday morning half a kilometre away from the Chet Samian railway station with a head injury. He is believed to have fallen from the train hours earlier while standing on a step of an open doorway. In his pocket were his passport, an ID card, a train ticket, and 8,000 baht, said the report. Hamokhamok
Thanks for that. Unlike European railway stations Thailand don't use proper buffer stops at the ends of platforms and so the train keeps moving until it hits something solid.
