dddave
When i was looking to sell my business in the US years ago, a business broker told me a good guideline for setting a small business price was somewhere between 1 and 1 1/2 years profit, before taxes. If that still holds, and we say 1 1/4 years (15 months) profit (B35K) then that equals B525K, not too far off the mark.
TheCorinthian
Sorry, I have to disagree, as 35k bht profit per month for 40 hour or more weeks is horrible in my book

Except as a stand-alone business, you have to factor in the cost of a full-time manager. So if you figure it would cost ... say ... 15K baht to hire someone to run the joint, then your profits are more like 20K per month, and the valuation is closer to 300K.
