buffalo_bill
The boats are necessary to assist the Thai Aircraft carrier HMS Patpong during offshore combat operation. Narrow minded non-military people might say that HMS Patpong did never leave the docks so far except for a weekend cruise to entertain some high profile Thai people . But that does not matter because the wisdom of the Thai Navy is superior to that of non-military people . The maintenance cost of 30 years old submarines is irrelevant as long as you do not use them . They need to be cleaned once a month to stay beautiful .
