eyebee
To contribute to the prices debate. I was in Baby Dolls in Pattaya on Wednesday. They had free curry, and cheap beer on tap. So I had a delicious Chicken Tikka Marsala, and 3 draught beers. I checked my bin, and it came to 90 baht. Being a generous sort, I left a 10 baht tip... Then went on to another bar which shall remain nameless. Got a HJ there (to completion), and a clean up with a wet towel after. The gal was thrilled with her 200 baht tip. eyebee
OK, OK, I didn't tell the whole truth. The beers were 45 baht (only that price on curry nights), and Ricky, the manager, gave me a free one (I'm such a good customer). I didn't mention the name of the other bar - not to keep it to myself - but to avoid the attentions of the BiB. However, if you know the name of Noel Harrison's theme song to The Thomas Crown Affair, or think of Don Quixote, you might get a clue...
