Approaching Thai women on the street and asking them to lift their skirt for you might not be such a good idea. I wouldn't recommend this. "Sekuhara" (Sexual Harassment) is a huge topic in Japan since a few years. You could be soon end up in the criminal report section of the Japan Times....
