Coss
Good questions have been asked lately of tech men without gender diversity on their boards of men. While women comprise 51% of the population, they make up only 15.7% of Fortune 500 boards of men, less than 10% of California tech company men, and 9.1% of Silicon Valley men. I would suggest that of tech men, a majority are already women and need not be replaced because of misunderstood gender identification.
