To me, they're all women (or girls). I use the GTG only because I think the bia is against Bgs on this board, as if so called GTGs were a guarantee of total sincerity, honesty and maturity. Which they are not. There are just some real nice and honest Bgs (or sex workers, I do not know any gogo or Bgs) and awful greedy GTGs. Such is the world we live in.
