  1. With the ongoing prosecutions of so many of the 'team' there will probably, be enough fallout to do Blatter in eventually.
  2. Another one, nearly like the other one
  3. "My interpretation is they're using it as leverage and a mechanism of control (e.g., tow the line, behave, or we'll trot out these charges and start throwing people in jail). I agree with you.
  4. I quite agree, what took so long? Did they have to wait for him to get a good one? Like Aus or NZ? Or is he still a Montenegran Mountie? 5555555 gratuitous pic
  5. Modern thinking suggests they are all able to be rehabilitated. Though I'd bet a dollar or two, that the young'un who held up the human head, will do it again when he's a teenager and full of angst. The tribalist in me says put them in the grinder and make fertiliser.
  6. Schadenfreude Howls of derisive laughter... Smile all day
  7. BANGKOK: -- The Foreign Ministry has revoked former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra's two passports after reaching the conclusions that his recent interview has affected the security and the country's reputation. An investigation is underway and criminal charges could be pressed against the self-exiled Thaksin. The revocation of U957441 and Z530117 passports became effective on Tuesday and was announced on the Foreign Ministry's website on Wednesday. The decision follows an alert from security authorities regarding Thaksin's interview, part of which, they believed, would have an impact on the security, reputation and integrity of the Kingdom. The ministry agreed that the interview violated the ministry's regulations regarding the holding of a passport. Source: http://www.nationmul...d-30261046.html
  8. Kingsman The Secret Service 2014 - previously reviewed here. My take is - enjoyable, some nice music, a little 20 something-ish, nice exploding heads, if they do a sequel I'll look. Worth a watch.
  9. In fact I would argue, similar measures for other groups in the world, like Catholics, Arabs, Jews, Synchronised Swimmers, May Pole Dancers, indeed the poor everywhere, oh hang on, it's be easier to round 'em up and shoot 'em, except the ones I like of course
  10. I'm not taking sides in this, just posting an interesting article that may illuminate... ----- Controversial law requires mothers to 'stagger out children' in Myanmar The Population Control Health Care Bill - drafted under pressure from hard-line Buddhist monks with a staunchly anti-Muslim agenda - was passed by parliamentarians last month. Photo / Getty Images Myanmar's president has signed off on a law requiring some mothers to space their children three years apart despite objections by a visiting senior US diplomat and rights activists, who worry it could be used not only to repress women, but also religious and ethnic minorities. The Population Control Health Care Bill - drafted under pressure from hard-line Buddhist monks with a staunchly anti-Muslim agenda - was passed by parliamentarians last month. US Deputy Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said he warned Myanmar leaders during face-to-face talks last week about the dangers of the bill. On Saturday, hours after the diplomat left, state-run media announced President Thein Sein had signed it into law. As predominantly Buddhist Myanmar started moving from dictatorship to democracy four years ago, newfound freedoms of expression lifted the lid on deep-seeded hatred for minority Muslims -- including Rohingya Muslims now arriving on Southeast Asian shores in crowded, rickety boats. Many are fleeing persecution and violence that has left up to 280 people dead and forced another 140,000 from their homes in western Rakhine state. They are living under apartheid-like conditions in dusty, crowded camps, with little access to education or adequate medical care. They also have little freedom of movement, having to pay hefty bribes if they want to pass police barricades, even for emergencies. The population law -- which carries no punitive measures -- gives regional authorities the power to implement birth-spacing guidelines in areas with high rates of population growth. Though the government says the law is aimed at bringing down maternal and infant mortality rates, activists argue that it steps on women's reproductive rights and can be used to suppress the growth of marginalized groups. Hard-line Buddhists have repeatedly warned that Muslims, with their high birthrates, could take over the country of 50 million even though they currently represent less than 10 per cent of the population. "It's very disappointing," Khin Lay, a women's rights activist, said of the president's decision to sign off on the law. "If the government wants to protect women, they should strengthen laws already in place to do that." Blinken, who met with Thein Sein, the army's commander in chief and other top government officials during a two-day visit to Myanmar, said he expressed "deep concern" about the law and three others in the assembly aimed at protecting race and religion. "The legislation contains provisions that can be enforced in a manner that would undermine reproductive rights, women's rights and religious freedom," Blinken told reporters Friday. "We shared the concerns that these bills can exacerbate ethic and religious divisions and undermine the country's efforts to promote tolerance and diversity." http://www.nzherald.co.nz/politics/news/article.cfm?c_id=280&objectid=11453961
  11. I guess she's entitled to her opinion. Despite my often stated - 'round 'em up and shoot'em' attitudes, my real stance, is that, what appear to be unfortunates, even medieval muslims, deserve to be treated with humanity. Even folk I really, really, don't like. And in my view, you are just as well informed as anyone here
  12. They probably don't know either
  13. I remember, the one I met had dark hair, this one is not the one

  16. And a previous post, with the same theme. The current adventures of your roving correspondent, fish licker and wannabe food critic. Only the names have been changed to protect the innocent. On my earlier visits to the afternoon liquoring up bar, I've always been well looked after and Miss P has usually provided some conversation along the lines of "When Dumb Cnut Cum?" the atmosphere is like where everyone knows your name, and I'm only there once a year. So any ways, the day before I'd been eyeing up one girl, taller, younger, the darker, more Isaan Angie Joilie rather than the more light skinned Lucy Liu type. Enquiries satisfied me that she was 20, had a baby and new at this type of thing. Me LT you I says.... Much shyness, and eye fluttering. Cannot, me baby have to look after.... Tomorrow then, get someone to babysit... (at which point Tiger was very helpful in assuring the assembled throng, of my good heart and intentions and large wallet) OK so tomorrow it is. Now it's tomorrow, she's so happy and snuggly, I am of course pleased that my evil plans have come to fruition, and then whatever came over me I don't know, but cluster lady drinks were on and I was the guy buried under about 8 smiling, massaging, sniff kissing persons of the feminine gender. This went on for a while, cold towels on the head and neck, three massaging one arm, one massaging the neck, another the other arm, one on each leg and my sweetie on the third leg, my drink and cig being proffered to my lips... Gawd, that was expensive, but good. So we had to go, to Gullies for the Friday drinks. Met a couple of members and CTO and KS. CTO opined that I seemed to prefer the tall ones, as he'd seen stretch princess the night before and my current conquest, let's call her Milk Bar, was also tall. With the added comment of the sometimes difficulty of distinguishing between, ladies and post ops, I then, had to let him know. Not only a lady, but lactating... Yup... Now I don't know about you, but I get the occasional bout of acid reflux, I now know that there is nothing better than mother's milk for that condition. Other memories are, being suckled whilst she was on top, watching drips of milk fly across the room in slow motion at the climactic end, and being woken at 5 am for a feed. Fuck! I've got a hard on just writing about it. I'm now well fed and drained at the same time. If this rain stops, I might just have to return this arvo. Signing off for now Coss
  17. When I remember Martinis, I remember this - before long my eyes had become accustomed to the gloom and I could see some very attractive ladies disporting themselves. I was a little hesitant, with all this $40 LT nonsense going on, when $20 was the then rate and then a little smile appeared in a dark corner. I gestured the smile to join me, and not one but two cute Khmer girls almost skipped to my table. Now let me say that whilst there were some ladies there that could do magazine work, these two would have been more at home in the wholesome pages, not plain, they were pretty enough, but they were not the glamour kind. Those of you who may know me know I prefer skill sets rather than model attitudes and so these two were looking like they were right up my alley, one dark, one light, chocolate and cream. They'd both had one baby each and were still firm to the touch. I was getting a lot of massage from both sides, having my cigarettes lit and groin investigated. I asked one how much?, "Up to you" and then the other, "Up to you darling", magic words. But I let them know $20 LT each with tip and they were very happy it seemed. So back to the Hotel, and my request for an extra towel was met with a "no-have no-can", what is it with Khmers and towels? they'll happily and generously give you extra juice, water and there were even three toothbrushes in the bathroom, but when it comes to towels, as I've discovered before, they won't do it. I bought an extra towel from the markets last trip. Plenty of Yum Yum and whilst no Lesbian action, they were quite happy to hold each others various bits when required by the ringmaster. Did I mention they were both lactating, I'm fond of this, as one of my previous posts from 2008 may have given light to. Though I reckon one was just saying that, as she was pretty dry compared to the other who spurted quite a bit here and there. Delicious! A great night and follow up session in the morning and off they go. Ahh the mammaries...
  18. I remember one night in BKK a long time ago... We got back to the Casa del Coss, we'd been drinking G&Ts, a lot, we were both very drunk. I broke the rule of 1 G&T per 20Kg body weight of bar girl, any more is trouble. She must have matched me for 6 or 7 G&Ts. So we retired to room, and she spent a rather long time in the shower, so I had to force the door, unresponsive as she was. There lying on the floor of the shower, unconscious naked beauty, very clean by this stage due to continual water supply. Luckily the water wasn't too hot, or she would have cooked. I was worried about her health, like was she alive? So I hefted (surprisingly heavy wet and slippery, 43Kg bar girls are) the damsel onto the bed, checked there were vital signs, dried her off and let her sleep, well, coma really. Note to self, don't let damsels drink too much. By about 6 in the morning she was coming around and very horny with it, so she jumped me, really, not that I needed encouragement, after 2.5 years, I'd not forgotten what to do. I would have let her sleep and chalked this one up to experience, but she'd obviously heard of hangover sex, quite enthusiastic for one so recently comatose. I was glad she had emerged from the coma in such good working order. And she was a sweetie to boot. But no return business I think, well maybe without the G&Ts... And I did, if memory serves.
  19. Well you'd think so, but I kicked him out, not because of the BJ, but because I found out about the wedding tackle.
