The_Munchmaster
Taken, starring Liam Neeson, whose estranged daughter is kidnapped in Paris by Albanians who plan to sell her as a sex slave. Non stop action and entertainment as he goes to her rescue but all a bit OTT with the ageing Neeson killing at least 20 of the baddies even when outnumbered 6 to 1. khunsanuk
Hi, Saw that a while back and yes, enjoyed it too. I just watched "Brooklyn's finest" A bit confusing at times - with 3 stories intertwined - but quite entertaining nevertheless. Still have "Hot tub time machine" and "Shutter Island" on the harddisk to watch. Sanuk!

cavanami
The Karate Kid New version w/Jackie Chan *** Similar to the original Karate Kid series, but based in Beijing, China, so a bit different. Not a "must see" but OK for a "no think too mutt" evening.

cavanami
Hurt Locker Based in Iraq (the 2009 version). Good movie, IMO. http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1809914561/info In the summer of 2004, Sergeant J.T. Sanborn and Specialist Owen Eldridge of Bravo Company are at the volatile center of the war, part of a small counterforce specifically trained to handle the homemade bombs, or Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), that account for more than half of American hostile deaths and have killed thousands of Iraqis.
