Give the calculations like all great wall street bankers, stats, no where come close to all your spread sheets. To get a hang and to figure out, Baakara bar whould you an idea how the market is moveing in street. Speend the peak hour in the bar, it is jam packed, and look how , many are BF, you will be suprised in a hour not more than 2 or 3 girls going out with customers. I know girls in this bar who are desprate for a BF....... I would suggest that of those something like 2/3 times week is max. Most bars want 8 offs a month, some maybe higher but will accept 8. I know one popular bar (large) that will do well over 100k at least 2 times a week and most nights it is around the 80 - 100 mark. Taking about 3 mil a month. There is little doubt that Thailand sex/nightlife produces significant revenue. Once many many moons ago I did a calculation that suggested it could be as much as much as 2% of GDP. And when you add in the Thai business, freelancers and other moody deals: not to mention Sex tourism nobody has yet convinced me that figure is wrong. But as ever it will always be speculation because the true figures will always be hidden: as the real figures will never show up on any official stats. It is very much the black economy!
