Redbaron
Our son who is now 6 and a half is already over 44 kgs. and he continues to get stronger. When our son was 2 or 3, Jimmie Blonde dubbed him a future 'linebacker' in the NFL (Hall of Famer?) and that would not surprise me one bit. Sounds like my little one (3 in February... geez I miss him), when he was one he was almost the size of a two year old. My grandfather and him were posing for a photo (oldest and youngest in the family type), and old grandad was holding him. Feeling his weight he said, "He'll never be a jockey!" Take care Pete, pretty sure we met up back in my LOS years (maybe 8 or 9 years ago when the meetings moved to Gullivers). Have fun in the US, I know I did. Great post by the way, like most of yours always were. Keep in touch.
New Petchburi Pete
Red Baron, I remember you well, a congenial, friendly young Aussie. We actually met at a beer bar in Pattaya (one you chose - small one, forget where) and that was about 4 to 5 years ago. I remember the ladies fighting over you. It's possible that we also met up at Gulliver's; but, my memory on that is a bit foggy.
BelgianBoy
Pete, All the best to you with the choices you have to meet. Better treatment for you, better future for your kid. Make sure both do not loose contact with Thailand after such an uprooting. I believe we met once at the Woodstock many moons ago..... Take care. Hugh_Hoy
Sorry to hear of your plight. You've been dealt a bad set of cards, but hopefully the "flip" will work in your favor. One can never tell for sure. Hoping for the best for you and your family. HH
expat
I saw Pete last week, and for a guy with health problems, he certainly looks good--all rosy-cheeked and hale and hearty. I have a feeling you're going to be with us for quite some time, my friend.
