A quick update. Most places don't have the ais traveler SIM. I ended up getting mine at the ais store in the central embassy mall. Be sure to bring your passport. The clerk installed the SIM and setup the mobile data. I was concerned about the limited frequencies my phone supports, but it hasn't been a problem. I am consistently getting 4g connection. Even in Bang saen, I got high speed connection.
