If you're lazy or don't have time to go to the gym, you could get yourself a home trainer. No, NOT a girl at the local GO GO, I mean a bicycle thing. 5x times a week for 30 minutes to 1 hour would help you to reach your desired weight. Just try it, you've got nothing to lose anyway, right? Torneyboy Posted January 30, 2003 Report Share Posted January 30, 2003 Ok excercising is great but your point on Thai food i have had to stop my wife bringing home thai curries from her restaurant ( coconut milk etc ) has put 6 kilo on me rather fast and i don't like it.
