I agree about the Thai food.

I also do think it's hard to lose weight without exercising.

 

If you're lazy or don't have time to go to the gym, you could get yourself a home trainer. No, NOT a girl at the local GO GO, I mean a bicycle thing. :)

 

5x times a week for 30 minutes to 1 hour would help you to reach your desired weight. ;)

 

Just try it, you've got nothing to lose anyway, right? Well, except for those unwanted kilo's :)
