But of course, to that Great Sanuk Place in the Sky, with a cute Issaan angel in miniskirt and tiny halter top at the Pearly Gates, welcoming us.

...and there will be great open air beer bars filled w/ beautiful and smiling BGs and everything will be free. [with thoughts like this, Pattaya Plunge doesn't seem too bad]

Ah!

But let's not forget about the statistics. The incidence of prostate cancer in men is almost comparable to the incidence of breast cancer in women ... (BTW, men can develop breast cancer as well).

... one in 6, or is it approaching one in 5 ?

Insist on a digital exam ... early detection is critical.

Have any of you guys had a mammogram? ... I know a gent whose life was saved by a mastectomy!

Sounds a bit too high to me. Prostate cancer is the 6th or so (depends upon country) common cancer in men, while breast cancer is the most common (again depends upon country) in women (leaving out lung cancer for the now).

However, there is an old adage: More men die *with* prostate cancer than die *of* prostate cancer.
