Are there requirements like to be a Cockney you have to be born within earshot of the bells of Bow Bells Church? Is someone from the Wirral referred to as a Scouser, or only people from the main Liverpool city area? Are Liverpool and Everton supporters both Scousers? Enlighten me please! Scouse People from the wirral are not really scousers unles they are from Birkenhead. Liverpool and Everton's stadiums are actually next door to each other and Everton fans can also be called scousers but we normally refer to them as morons.
