Snowman71
LIverpool FC are the bastard after spawn of parent club Everton FC. Everton FC are known as "The People's Club", this stemming from the fact that they have a greater support from the locale of Liverpool. Just to clarify matters... Barry
Everton did play at Anfield and moved after a dispute over rent.. The landlord then set up a new club and called them Liverpool as it was more prestigious to be named after the whole city than a suburb.. Everton are one of the most historic clubs and are have spent longest in the top division overall, but there is something ordinary about them. spirit_of_town_hall
When I was a student I was there every night practically. It was a great place. I was in Liverpool from 1992 to 1996. I went back there last year and the staff are all the same. Frighteningly they all recognised me straight away. There was the Cabin nearby which was good fun as well.
