Half is all you need if you are relatively healthy. Just about every pharmacy sells it except maybe the real small ones. Then there is Indian copy, China copy, and exact copy of the real thing. And of course, the real thing. I have found the copies just as good if from a reputable pharmacy. If you have any kind of heart problems or high blood pressure, you may want to check with your personal MD. Never double dose. Or you may wake up dead. If you are like one of my mates, who has not been to a doctor is 15 years, you may risk death as he does. It is a pain in the arse sending home a dead farang. Ask anyone who has done it. . I am in my 30s, healthy and don't really need vitamin v so I will try half like you guys say to be on the safe side as it is my first time and plus I am will be in a different country.
