Central Scrutinizer
Mark Karr was in the Bangkok Post today. He was spotted by a worker at an old US school he had taught at breifly. She called the cops. The cops came and he was in a limo with a couple reporters/whatever from an US TV tabloid show. Cops talked to them, but said they had done nothing illegal so let him go. Was in today's Post. I can't be bothered to copy it. Just found it interesting. Guess he is already 'cashing in' on his sordid silly life story. Maybe Post online edition has the article? Central Scrutinizer
Chuck, Not in BKK, in the states. Was mentioned in the BKK Post though today. A school he worked at in the states it was. Cent
chuckwoww
OK I corrected that. Got to keep these things straight. Incidentally I agree with TC. As a publicity stunt it would be hard to beat.
Central Scrutinizer
Yeah. It looks like he already has some media types interested and is starting to help them do the story. I wonder how much he'll get. Crazy, or smart as a whip. He took a big chance though if he was actually doing it purposely. The judge should have at least thrown him in the booby hatch for a while to cool his heels. The whole thing stinks, and the media coverage was nauseating to say the least. chuckwoww
And the little girl is still dead and nobody knows who did it. That somehow gets lost in the shuffle.
Central Scrutinizer
Yeah, the whole thing has been pretty disgusting throughout. To the media it's just another money-making story. Vultures. The cops have really bungled the investigation as well. The whole thing is so sad, and it just gets worse and worse. Meanwhile people make money off it along the way. Turns my stomach. Nervous_Dog
I remember somewhere someone saying how upset the family was when the dad was charged during first botched attempt to nail someone, and they hoped that wouldnt happen again, and now it does.
