OK, what aid? parking the Navy ships in Pataya? Sending all the US punters here? Hell, Thailand has more $$$ than the USA and far less debt...they should be sending aid like to New Orleans and other needy areas in the USA. But the comment about "Thailand having more money ($$$) than the USA" is probably the single most erroneous statement I think I have ever read on this site... There may be some World Bank (US?) projects. And there was some money given for tsunami relief. All the usual arms deals I suppose but they won't touch those..
