junglesoup
i ve always had a aide of me that admires hackers, just because i think it must be really hard to do. Is it that difficult. A guy I know from London lost his job at his company for some kind of hacking. He has his own computer business now. He wasnt hacking for any malicious reason, just curious if it could be done. He said its difficult to do on big websites. I asked him is it posiible to do it on big bank sites. He said it is extremely difficult, but possible. The biggest problem is not getting caught, not the hacking. Is this right? I remember reading about some asian hackers who made an exact replica of the HSBC bank site and people were opening accounts with the fake site. SMART! carlton68
'I remember reading about some asian hackers who made an exact replica of the HSBC bank site and people were opening accounts with the fake site. SMART!' Well, first that's not hacking, that's phishing. Second it's only smart when he's not in jail by now. Third people who lost money due to phishers or lost their website due to hackers won't say these assholes are smart. These guys (and some girls as well) have skills. That's something I admire.
