ALHOLK
The leaders of Iraq that were originally installed by the US invasion forces are asking for yankee support. That's a little bit rich mate. Furthermore Iraq has no natural resources so obviously the US millitary forces wen't there to rape and murder 14 year old girls. OCgringo
OK.... I hate to say it , but if the USA does not help the Philipinos hunt out the bad guys , Who will help them ? Well NO ONE, same in Somolia, These bad guy Muslims are out to get us , someone needs to hunt them down.... Sure the USA gets into a lot of shit , but really it should be NATO , but Nato does not have the balls to do it, OK....enough flag waving , time for my medication and sponge bath OC
chuckwoww
Maybe. But I still see Iraq as a separate issue. The 'bad guys' didn't stand a chance when Saddam was in charge. Now Iraq is crawling with bad guys and the whole muslim world is pissed off. Assuming the War on Terror really exists outside of a few crazies then invading Iraq was a massive tactical error. OCgringo
I think Iraq needed to be invaded by Nato or a United Nations force , When the USA and the UK invaded it became a West vs Muslim war , instead of a get rid of a bad guy war, No doubt Saddam had these weapons at one time and was a bastard to his own people , but there are many other countries just as bad , too late now , and no way to get out and save face after a bad decision in the first place, OC cooking up some freedom fries , and freedom toast
chuckwoww
I don't think Iraq needed to be invaded at all. It was an economic basket case after 12 years of sanctions, the US weapons inspectors were all over it, it was hardly possible to fly a kite, there was no nuclear program and it would have been easy to shut them down at any time. Saddam's biggest mistake was compensating the families of Palestinians.
Hugh_Hoy
I guess one of the perks of the job is that you get to rape local women with impunity.. Another sad, puerile comment. HH
ChristianTroy
These bad guy Muslims are out to get us , someone needs to hunt them down.... Sure the USA gets into a lot of shit , but really it should be NATO , but Nato does not have the balls to do it, It has not much to do with balls to invade the Iraq! There is probably not a single person left on this world that the USA was really believeing that Saddam has WMDs which was the justification for the war! By all the intel and sattellites and spys the USA have there can be no 2 opinions. Well lets not forget Tony Blair who has released fabricated evidence! This is a crusade for oil, in Afghanistan to secure the pipelines and in Iraq to get the oil! North Korea makes Nuclear Tests but there is nothing to get that rice and bamboo so lets balme the Iran for doing something which every other country with atomic energy does as well. The Iran has oil! period! After 9/11 we have all supported the war on Afghanistan, 15 of the alledged terrorists has been Saudies, we didn't throw bombs to Saudi Arabia we attacked Afghanistan after 1 month that every terrorist was prepared enough to leave somewhere else! Who the fuck they think they are kidding! Bush and Blair have both comitted a war crime by attacking a country under false pretenses, both have more Iraqui blood on their hands than Saddam who was hanged for that! Let's get real people, there are some real dirty things going on and especially Bush and Blair should be dragged in front of the tribunal! Lets not even start with Guantanamo where only 9 people untill today where found guilty! It is dirty business and nothing else and whoever thinks he must defend the Invasion of the Iraq, please sign up for the draft and don't let these poor kids fight a battle that they can't win! Fidel
I guess one of the perks of the job is that you get to rape local women with impunity.. Another sad' date=' puerile comment. HH[/quote'] Is that right Hugh? [color:green]Manila, 22 Dec. (AKI) - The United States has cancelled the annual joint military drill with the Philippines originally scheduled to take place early next year because of the continued detention of a US serviceman convicted of rape, a US embassy spokesman told Adnkronos International (AKI). Mathew Lussenhop said the US had cancelled the main joint military drill between the two countries, the so-called Balikatan (shoulder-to-shoulder) exercises, originally, scheduled to take place late February next year. [/color] Source [color:green]A local court on Dec. 4 sentenced Smith -- from St. Louis, Missouri, -- to 40 years' imprisonment and ordered him detained in a Manila jail. Later that month, Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo and U.S. Ambassador Kristie Kenney agreed to move Smith to the U.S. Embassy even while his appeal to be moved to U.S. custody was still pending before the Court of Appeals. The activists demanded a stop to joint U.S.-Philippine military exercises and the scrapping of the 1998 Visiting Forces Agreement, a bilateral pact that governs the conduct of U.S. troops in the Philippines. "We are condemning our government led by (President) Gloria Macapagal Arroyo who permitted this illegal transfer," said Eleanor de Guzman, chairwoman of Anakbayan. She said the move was "a mockery of democracy and national sovereignty." The transfer has elicited protests and prompted lawyers of the 23-year-old rape victim to file petitions in court seeking to hold in contempt Smith and officials concerned, and to declare the VFA unconstitutional. The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered six officials including Foreign Secretary Alberto Romulo, Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita and Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez to comment within 10 days on the petition of the rape victim. Hugh_Hoy
Yep Fido...that's right. What you've posted is OLD, OLD news. Been on other boards a loooooooong time ago. Lots of stuff involved in that one. But you always prefer to post crap that puts the U.S. in the least favorable light...as Lazy Phil said, you're "obsessed"...symptomatic of poor mental health. But up to you...go ahead and wank over your keyboard, but your complexion will never clear up and you might end up being blind. HH
