ThaiHome
Emporium - the Japanese book store has them I think You rich guys go ahead an buy books at these high class places. For a 10+ year old book I would expect to be able to pick a copy up at Elite or Dasa for 200 baht. After, all the difference could be a BJ at SOL on Sunday afternoon. Nervous_Dog
The point of the voting wasn't for someone to win or loose, rather for all of us to choose a book and read then discuss, otherwise there's no point DOG
MooNoi
While it's my favourite book, it CAN be hard-going at times, having to go back and re-read sections etc. Especially the section about the war from the old veteran. I've read it twice, but am going to read it again because A: I love it so much and B: To refresh my mind for the discussion later in the month. Hey Dog... do we have a set date to start discussing it? As people will finish at different times, if we start discussing it too early it could spoil it for others who haven't finished. Just a thought...

SiLeakHunt
I've just finished reading it, the bit at the end where you realise it was his daughter all along is amazing. Cheers
