Roadside / breakdown assistance for vehicles - what options in LOS ?

I may be getting a motor soon and want to know what assistance you can get here such as the AA or RAC in the UK. I've tried googling but without success.

 

Does anyone have any details ?

You *could* try the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand. Wonder if they'd want you, though. Besides, the towing is only limited to Bangkok. Website is in Thai only.
