New Petchburi Pete
I'm curious to know if anyone has come across "New Balance" sneakers in/around Pattaya. I like these because they have a wide toe box.
MooNoi
I normally try to avoid a wide box when in Pattaya, but if you have to, I am 99% sure I have seen New Balance in one of the shoe shops in Royal Garden Plaza. Sorry, can't remember the name of the shop, but pretty sure its on the ground (street) level. If NB are going to be anywhere in Pattaya, Royal Garden would be it. It's a good place to start, anyway. SiLeakHunt
There are a couple of big "NB" concessions in BKK at the major shopping malls. Hope that helps. cheers
Old Hippie
I have seen them at the bigger shopping centers, more expensive in Thailand than they are here in the USA.
New Petchburi Pete
I know the shop you are talking about. I keep intending to look in there, but I get distracted by the eye candy. I guess I'll have to refocus & check out that shop. Thanks.
The_Munchmaster
Why do Americans refer to them as sneakers? There's just something not nice about that word. Invokes images of people sneaking around doing things they shouldn't be doing.
MooNoi
Better than "plimsoles"!! That's what the Brits call 'em innit? In Australia I guess most people call 'em trainers.

MooNoi
So what are plimsoles? I'm sure I've heard them called that before. Maybe an old-fashioned word or something.
