bjon045
Ignoring your made-up "statistics," it's the people who always follow the law who get nabbed the one time they deviate. Do you have any statistics to prove this?

Bangkoktraveler
"Let's say there is a 1% something goes wrong and you have to leave a day late, well there is also a less than 1% chance you will get caught at a check point so your chance of getting into "hot water" is about .01%." How to you come to that conclusion? Sometimes they check each visa bus. If they do that, your chances are close to 100% in getting caught. If they check every third bus, your changes are close to 33%. So please tell me, how do you do your calculations?
Palatkik
The last few posts seem to miss the point! The OP will NOT be breaking any laws or risking getting caught if leaving on 22nd as that is the day the visa expires!
Nervous_Dog
nor if he leaves a day late, you get 1 day grace! NOTE it is calulated by flight departure time NOT time you go through customs or check in
rickfarang
I don't know why we don't think if this simple solution when we hear this question. Go to immigration and get an extension. They like to get the money, you like to stay honest, and its no big hassle.
