Free2Fly
Haven't seen a thread on it here but apparently a falang fell from the the roof or his balcony of the Rajah Mansions Soi 4 about 2am this morning, I was about 200 metres away when it happened. Don't know if he survived.

FreeTime
Rajah Mansions, adjacent to the Rajah hotel with a connecting walk through. Four stories as I recall with an accessible rooftop area. The rooms have small balconies with rather high edging. One would have to climb over. I believe the L shaped roof does not have such a high edge barrier to prevent tumbling over. No chairs up there that I remember, so not a place residents commonly went. Staff does washing up top.

bjon045
If I had to stay there I'd kill myself too. Advice to commit suicide is beyond irresponsible. Go rethink your life.
YimSiam
bjon045, As your eagle eye seems to have missed it, SiLeakHunt made a similar observation - and very well, I'd have to say. Anyway, in case you want to tell him what to do with his life as well, I thought I'd let you know. Usually these things are reported from Pattaya (Dive Capital of Eastern Thailand...). Hope it's not spreading northward. What a shock to be walking on Sukhumvit just as the bars close and ...! YimSiam cheers, YimSiam :smirk:
The_Munchmaster
...Pattaya (Dive Capital of Eastern Thailand...)... Is it really the dive capital? Suprising considering the sea life isn't particularly interesting in that area. Much better to go to Samui or Phuket.
bust
Anyone ever actually seen how a body looks after the final dive?
