So was the swimmer really a stranger? Why did he pick that boat, when others were supposed to be around? Was it 1500 or 500? If they knew each other why swim out to the boat at night? Most probably explanation is they knew each other and it was possibly a drug deal gone wrong. The dead man looks like a German or German-Swiss or maybe a Central European. The "mysterious stranger" had a very odd looking contraption - double barrelled and held together with electrical tape. The trigger is a light switch. I haven't found that Star Wars contraption pic again. It was in a news report with the police general holding up a photo of Oberson's family.
