The_Munchmaster
Don't worry, a few viruses is OK. Just don't get more than 7 or else you'll be in deep shit.

Lusty
Norton is 39 GBP plus another 5 GBP for full updtes. MacAfee is 34 USD. Mmmmm, looks like Norton is not doing themselves a big favour. Or a 100bht for the corporate edition at the usual Los outlets. I can't believe that anyone Thailand based pays full rrp for anything software related? See you no doubt at Lamai boxing ring 12th April. Several of the looney's from my pub will be "In Da House" as well!
keekwai
Norton (Symantec) and McAfee suck. The Symantec Corporate that Lusty pointed out is a completely different software than the crap that consumers get in the form of Norton. AVG free is great and is pretty much the same program as the paid AVG, uses the same virus definitions.
kamui
Yep, Symantec and McAfee are crap. AVG is ok, but for a complete solution I would recommend Kaspersky Internet Security. It doesn't use many ressourses, is high quality and easy to use. I single license is not that cheap, but it can be used for three PC's. I am running it on several computers after having tested AVG free, Symantec and Zonealarm Prof. before.
