CTO Posted April 20, 2008 Report Posted April 20, 2008 When I first cae her over 8 years ago there where no farangs I could see, now there's a Tesco! However in true "I love Thai Style" a nice Geran bloke has set up a pub and I met about 9 other Farangs last night. Seems they also have a soccer club and play the local police every week, and have always won Nice guys - it's not on the Main road, in a soi just before the main traffic lights, opposite the new market. Beer 35 baht a glass or 100 baht for a litre - seems good value, BYO food or they have some German "things" I was not able to decipher on the menu. Everything had "mit" it - wonder what it is

I live half hour drive from SDD, but left for one month a few days ago...will be back late May. If you are around will show up for a beer there, that's to the left before the traffic light coming from Udon isn't?
