A run of the mill www.Craigslist.org whore can be had for a quick hit, for $80-100usd. I've found a place in Chicago that gets Thai girls every now and again. $160 an hour, full service and a massage. Looks are hit and miss but have had a couple of 8's. The best looking $160 girl I ever had was a hot 19 yr old Korean girl. Quality like that is far and few though in the Asian apartment scene here.
