Doc Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 Bar was renovated at the end of last year. The American bloke and his Thai wife are not the only owners. There is at least one other bloke (a German) that has a share in the joint. Same folks are in on Sams 2000 (which will deliver food to any place on soi Cowboy that will let them), and Cocktail on Cowboy as well. They are all in on The Penalty Shot â?? Suk soi 29. The German bloke also has a share in Tilac the restaurant on Soi 1, and Old Germand Beerhouse on Suk Soi 11. They sold Black and White to the Midnight bar group.
