there have been more deaths around lakenheath and mildenhall from US service persons getting in a muddle driving their left hand drive cars 'on the wrong side' of the road than crashing f16's or warthogs etc in populated areas :crazy:

The problem with the warthogs is they are getting older and some of them have had serious defects making them not flyable. If you go to the graveyard for airplanes in Tucson, Arizona, you will see a lot of warthogs decommissioned recently.

As for F16s, Tucson is a well known place where foreign nationals come to learn about flying F16s. Every once in a while, a new F16 with no markings will arrive, I assume for a foreign national to get familiar with his new toy.
