dddave Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 There was just a report on BBC that a major communications cable has been cut in Alexandria, Egypt and that this would have a significant effect on S.E. Asian internet communications. Repairs are expected to take up to a week. I recall when a similar cut happened several years ago; the 'net slowed to a crawl and email was very undependable.
