radioman
Dear Mr Teddy, Very nice pictures. Can you provide a little more information. Was this recent? Do you know what building that is? I have recently been in Abu Dhabi and saw some unusual weather, not something I have previously experienced there, rain, wind, and surprisingly cool mornings

The_Munchmaster
Dear Mr Teddy,Very nice pictures. Can you provide a little more information. Was this recent? Do you know what building that is? The pictures were taken a few days ago during a very big storm in Dubai. The building is The Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building. To get a feel for how tall it is take Baiyoke Tower II in Bangkok and double it and then stick another 200m on top of that!
Faustian
Is that the 1 kilometre building that they've stopped building or was that another even taller project? I can't keep up with all these super tall structures.
The_Munchmaster
No. There has been talk of a few buildings that are going to be taller than the Burj Dubai but I don't believe construction has started on any of them.
