Sakai
I am looking for a good tailor for women. In fact I would like to have a dress made, preferably Thai style dress (Chakkraphat, Siwalai or whatever). I know plenty of good or decent tailors for men but no idea where to go for women. Cheers
..
Easy. Queen Thai Silk. In the building that sits atop Thermae. She's awesome, and gets Ms Vampy's seal of approval (they have made some of Ms Vampy's designs as Vampy's not a seamstress). Also an impressive expat customer list ala Jesse & Victor. Last thing Ms Vampy had made there was an off the shoulder knee length formal party dress (we were going to a US Embassy do). Cost B10.5k, material was 2/3 of that. Cheers, SD

Sakai
I am not Scottish or Irish so going to visit a dressmaker will be a first for me
The_Munchmaster
But in terms of womens clothing a Scottish or Irish kilt is not a dress, it's a skirt.

Flashermac
Try telling some big Greek lug that he's prancing around in a dress and see what happens.
