WorldFun
not that au bon pain's coffee's are anything special, but their sandwiches/rolls usually makes my day. note at bamrungrad hospital their shop is in the new building on the left (not the main building on the right coming from soi3)! gobbledonk
I go to Bumrungrad for the bagels, same-same the Au Bon Pain down near Carrefour (end of Suk Soi 22). Bagels came and went in Oz - we just dont have enough Jewish bakers here.

Nervous God
The chain of 84c is good, or is that 87? Black Canyon can be good, and the coffee shop on the entrance to Fortune used to be great, now I avoid it. For non coffee reasons
Bangkoktraveler
I like going to ChinaTown where you can get a cup of tea with a cup of tea. Odd combination.
unit731
Nana Hotel Beat me to the correct answer ! There is no one "good" cup of coffee. Starbucks has multiple 'regular' cups of coffee. Go in to any Starbucks and ask for a 'regular' cup of coffee and they will ask you which one. Soft, hard, medium, mountain grown, valley grown, red bean, green bean, no bean. African coffee, Columbian coffee, Vietnamese coffee, Indonesian coffee, Russian coffee, and on and on. Cream, half and half, milk, powdered crap substitute, clotted cream, crème fraiche, and on and on. Iced coffee, luke warm coffee, cold coffee. Styrofoam cups, cardboard cups, ceramic cup, D-Cups, etc.
Coss
Like the Cheese shop sketch, Starbucks end up not having any coffee, not worth drinking anyway.
