It is the reds who have really compromised the most. They had been insisting on weeks, then days, then immediately. They are accepting almost what Abhisit had been offering all along. I notice some of the red leaders are trying to get an amnesty for what they have done included. :hmmm:

cut the bullshit with an amnesty - it's not needed anyway just shelf the cases as per normal :)

also apparently the reds must have been quite concerned that anapong might in fact have been willing to crack down to the last man as they seem to relieved fuck even in praise of the 'possible 14nov' election offer from PM :hmmm:

well for me as a biz man I'm just happy the travel warnings can fade soon & overseas client may retake a bit of confidence in Thai companies!

cheers for peace & may the best man win the next election

The red leaders seem to accept Abhisit's compromise, but they want more clarity about house dissolution and the events on 10 April.

Maybe this is really over?

Veera:

"We want to see sincerity, through reduction of all kinds of intimidation."

"We are not asking for amnesty for ourselves on terrorism and monarchy-related charges. We will fight the charges by ourselves."

"Government must stop involving the monarchy in the conflict."

Nuttawut:

"Red shirts 'do not mind' entering into a reconciliatory process, but we need clarity from government."

"Government must specifically say when the House will be dissolved."

"We will never use amnesty as a bargaining tool."

Both red leaders dare the government to charge them with terrorism and attempts to overthrow monarchy. They challenged the government to take legal action against the people responsible for 10 April bloodshed as well as the Vibhavadi violence. That seems to be mostly coming from Jatuporn. He's spouting a bunch of BS right now.

"DSI making up evidence and false witnesses against reds."

"No attempt whatsoever to arrest those responsible for killing protesters."

"We won't trade fake terrorism charges with real charges of murdering the people."
