khunsanuk
Hi, Had the new cola brand, Est, for the first time today. Didn't taste bad, it seemed a bit sweeter than Coke, but not as sweet as Pepsi. I think I still prefer Pepsi, but would have no problem drinking this instead. It's definitely a LOT better than Big Cola, which I had once and am never drinking again. Oh, and Pepsi now comes in odd sized bottles, 1.45 liter. Sanuk! huumlaar
Yes - but the biggest bottle of Diet Pepsi and a handful of Menthos is still the way to go!
BelgianBoy
I quit softdrinks 2 years ago and feel a lot better !
Flashermac
I've seen a lot of promotion for Est. Haven't tried it, since I am trying to avoid soft drinks. Most have much sugar that the only way I can drink them is to cut them with water.
zen4dummies
I first thought that this was going to be about Erhard Sensitivity Training. Does anyone remember that? I cannot imagine it happening in Thailand.

Come on KS....we're in LOS....since when do we have the right to choose which brand of Cola we drink....?? :drinking: Everyone knows that Cola is Cola ...and we should gratefully accept whatever brand the establishment we are in brings to us
khunsanuk
Hi, I really don't care to be honest. If I ask for a Pepsi and get a Coke, or vice versa, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. While I prefer Pepsi, I have no problem drinking Coke. Certainly wouldn't raise a fuss over it. Sanuk! Flashermac
The Pepsi-Coke rivalry has really calmed down in LOS. I remember when two Coke and Pepsi delivery drivers in the 1980s got into a shoot out over who was going to stock up a restaurant. One driver was killed! huumlaar
I hate Pepsi, will drink it if nothing else available but I was recently given Big Cola instead of Coke which I asked for, bloody 'orrible it was! Hate it when they do a switch on you!
