I've got two Samsung devices, a Tablet and a Smart Phone and neither will work with Samsung Kies now. They used to work but all I get now is 'your device isn't supported'. Thanks. I was wondering if anyone here had a similar experience and how did they overcome it. I've 'messaged' Samsung and I'm waiting to see what, if anything, they come back with. I overcame it by completely removing Kies from phone and PC and using MyPhoneExplorer instead. Wonderfully simple, free software that syncs everything and always works.
