The_Munchmaster
I have a Samsung Tab 3 8" tablet and sometimes when browsing the BBC website some videos have the statement "Cannot play media. You do not have the correct version of the flash player. Download the correct version". So I click on "Download the correct version" and I get the message "We're Sorry. This content requires Adobe Flash Player, which is not supported by your device........". I have to say I'm quite surprised that a modern Samsung tablet doesn't support AFP and am wondering if there is any way to fix this?
khunsanuk
Hi, Odd indeed as my 10.1" Samsung Galaxy Tab does support Flash. Unfortunately do not have a solution for you though. Sanuk!
Mekong
Munchie, in your security settings have you enabled "Unknown Sources"? Here is a "HOW TO" guide of installing Flash Player on GalaxyTab 3 http://www.pcnexus.net/2013/07/how-to-install-flash-player-on-galaxy-tab-3.html
The_Munchmaster
I haven't done anything so had a look and "Unknown Sources" is disabled. Thanks for the tutorial. Before I start and enable "Unknown Sources", which comes with a warning about being more vulnerable to attacks by apps from unknown sources, how are tablets and other mobile devices protected from viruses and the like? I mean I have never downloaded any anti virus software to my tablet(s) and yet I have never had any problems.
