Flashermac Posted July 8, 2014 Report Share Posted July 8, 2014 The body of 13-year-old girl, who disappeared on board a train from Surat Thani to Bangkok, was found near a rail track in Prachuap Khiri Khan early Tuesday. Police arrested Wanchai Saengkhao, 22, a worker of a private firm concessioned to clean the sleeping car in which the girl was travelling. He confessed of raping her and dumping her body through the window of the compartment the girl was staying. Also, as scoobydoo points out, a lot of the berths are in public areas. I remember using a 2nd class sleeper train and it consisted of berths on both sides of the walkway, with only curtains for privacy. The victim had been in the third car of the train. "He said he opened a window of the non-air-conditioned car where the girl was sleeping so that the wind blocked other noise before attacking her.
