Last time I went, Peter was one of the papa-sans-he speaks English well and he can tell you which girls are good conversationalists in English as well as any other attributes you desire. All I wanted to know was what I got for my 10,000 baht before I set foot inside the door. That is the whole reason for this board and I will help anyone with my info. As it happens we drove past this place two nights ago on the way back home from Hollywood. It was all lit up like a casino in a five star hotel, and as we drove past the three girls with me all pointed it out and said VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. Only for rich Thai man and stupid Farang. Sure, you can't take the girls out, but you can get their phone number (sometimes) and meet them after hours so the girl avoids the MP's cut. I've been to Poseidon a total of three times and never thought the girls were too special. Better than the go-gos but not as good as the MP sideliners. The "models" were nothing of the sort. Not a very fun place to hang out either... A girl whom I picked was trying much too hard to act prim and proper and it just wan't much fun. I bought her a couple of drinks, the price of which could have been LT alone in an MP, and decided to send her back as I was going to join some friends in my regular hangout. My prim and proper girl suddently started the heavy-sell to get me to take her ST- I don't even get that at Thermae! Every time the music died down I realized how hushed the atmosphere was.
