racha Posted August 6, 2002 Report Share Posted August 6, 2002 Can You Kick it, The game we played last year won't be running this year, but the guys from Can You Kick it have developed a similar FREE game which is due to launch on 12th August at http://www.premierleague.com Long Gun will start a league and let us all know the code so we can join the Nana Plaza Forum Fantasy League. If the format was like last year the league had a limit of 50 players, so all the regulars and any new guys wanting to play should be in quick, If you reply to this post Long Gun can PM you the code or email it if you prefer, as soon as he gets it. The very convincing winner last year Frog Patrol will be the red hot favorite and the man to beat again this year. I will also put up a prize again this year of a trip to Racha island, including boat transfers,accommodation and scuba diving, I will post the exact details of the prize shortly. For all those interested, though, the game is FREE to play - the 500 is only if you want to add some spice to things. Racha, will you be handling "500 baht donation" collections? If so, and if I see some members first, I'll pass the money on to you. Really! Hope we can get at least 10 people so the "kitty" will again be attractive. Also - thanks, Racha, for once again offering up a Phuket trip to the winner. I'll miss the familar green screen of cyki, but am looking forward to seeing how this new game differs from the one we played last year. So, for the next 9 or so months, just refer to the frogs as "the Champions," okay? Nausea aside, I won't be relinquishing this prestigious title w/out a fight, so all challengers be aware that this takes place over 36 long weeks! A poster on another site who seemed very much "in the know" had this to say just a month ago.. "Next season (2002/3) everyone will be allowed one free transfer per week, with extra transfers coming at a cost of 4 points.
