They are NOT closing the bars, just making it harder and harder to make a dollar, in fact it supports the theory, it is still closure by stealth. On a footnote,,, the bars and restaurants in UNITED KINGDOM will be allowed to open 24 hrs a day from next year!!! emmmmmmmm k doug...
