Why would you think they have the right to access your devices traveling to anywhere outside the USA? US law enforcement agencies do not have any powers or authority overseas and based on their current relationship with most foreign countries, unless you're planning on traveling to Russia, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Not a lot of recent reports from Pattaya, though I did pass through there a few weeks back. Soi 6 is a nice street as is Soi Boukow and 3rd road over by “The Edge” condo/hotel area. Expect higher prices for everything on Walking street. Seafood places are expensive as hell… Where do you plan to stay?

Bubi, even in a tangential thread, the message is apt. Historically when the greedy, vain and dodgy, worked out that their path to glory (their idea of success), was "controlling the narrative", the clever, the wise and even us here, said that the masses wont be fooled long term, by a farcical "narrative". The clever, the wise and even us here, were wrong. Collectively the masses, are dumb as bricks, and those of us who are not dumb as bricks, are rare and infrequent, diamonds in the rough, in a great big pile of bricks. The Trump experiment is over - the results are in, the Trump experiment works. How sad. Historically of course, when the rich are too greedy, the masses will rebel and take back society, often with negative consequences for the rich: England 1688 France 1789 Russia 1917 China 1945 'nuff said...

Sorry wrong thread, in the meantime I found this: In a private meeting to discuss the 2026 midterms, House Democrats brought in an outside pollster who presented internal Democratic polling that showed few voters said they had heard “a lot” about the bill, while larger shares said they had heard “a little” or “not at all.” Hopeless.

Look at this: ignorance at it´s peak. These people I´m afraid do not deserve any better. "Democrats still have work to do to win the messaging battle against Trump’s legislative agenda. Polling conducted on behalf of House Democrats last month showed that few battleground voters knew much about the GOP’s massive tax and spending cuts package, which initially passed the House in May, according to PowerPoint slides of the data presented to members, obtained by CNN. Hi everyone, I’ve just joined the forum and I’m planning my very first trip to Pattaya this August. I’ve browsed the recent trip reports but, as a new member, I still can’t use the search function and most of the contact lists I found are a bit outdated. Could anyone share (or PM me) some reliable, up-to-date LINE IDs of freelance girls or reputable massage ladies who offer extras? Not looking for anything crazy – just friendly, good-attitude girls for short-time/long-time or a solid GFE. Happy to return the favour with a detailed trip report once I’m back, and I’ll make sure to pay it forward here. Thanks a lot in advance!

What Film (Movie) Have You Just Watched?

MobLand [2025 TV] Power is up for grabs as two warring crime families clash in a battle that threatens to topple empires. In the crossfire stands a street-smart 'fixer' who knows too well where loyalties lie when opposing forces collide. Highly entertaining crime caper, a cartoonish plot is forgiven with its polished production style and scene eating lead actors playing irresistible villains. -

Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra suspended pending court case seeking her dismissal Thailand's Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra has been suspended. (Reuters: Chalinee Thirasupa) In short: Thailand's Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra has been suspended from duty by the country's Constitutional Court. The court agreed to consider a petition from 36 senators accusing Ms Shinawatra of dishonesty and breaching ethical standards in a leaked telephone conversation with Cambodia's former leader Hun Sen. What's next? Deputy Prime Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit will take over in a caretaker capacity while the court decides the case against Ms Paetongtarn, who has 15 days to respond and will remain in the cabinet as the new culture minister following a reshuffle. Link copied Thailand's Constitutional Court has suspended Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra from duty pending a case seeking her dismissal, adding to mounting pressure on a government under fire on multiple fronts. The court said in a statement it had accepted a petition from 36 senators that accused Ms Paetongtarn of dishonesty and breaching ethical standards in violation of the constitution during a politically sensitive telephone conversation with Cambodia's influential former leader, Hun Sen, that was leaked. The second-largest party in Thailand's ruling coalition has spectacularly pulled out, leaving the country's embattled prime minister with a slim majority. The statement said there was "reasonable cause to suspect" that Ms Paetongtarn had violated the constitution. The government will be led by Deputy Prime Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit in a caretaker capacity while the court decides the case against Ms Paetongtarn, who will remain in the cabinet as the new culture minister following a reshuffle. She has 15 days to respond to the allegations. The government did not immediately respond to a request for comment on her suspension. In a seven-to-two majority decision, the judges of the court agreed to consider the petition from the senators. Ms Paetongtarn said she accepted the court's decision. "I want to apologise to people who are upset by all of this," she told reporters. "I will continue to work for the country as a Thai citizen." The Preah Vihear temple is a key place of dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. (Reuters: Samrang Pring, file) Ms Paetongtarn has been under increasing pressure over her handling of a border dispute with Cambodia and has been criticised for her deference towards Hun Sen during the phone call, in which she referred to him as uncle and called a senior Thai military officer an "opponent". She has apologised and said her remarks were a negotiating tactic. She told reporters she had no other intentions but to protect the country and preserve peace. "I only thought about what to do to avoid troubles, what to do to avoid armed confrontation, for the soldiers not to suffer any loss. "I wouldn't be able to accept it if I said something with the other leader that could lead to negative consequences." The controversy has left Ms Paetongtarn's coalition with a razor-thin majority in parliament with a key party abandoning the alliance, to soon seek a no-confidence vote. Her approval rating dropped from 30 per cent in March to just 9 per cent in June as thousands protested in the Thai capital, Bangkok, over the weekend, calling for her resignation. Thousands turned out to call for Paetongtarn Shinawatra to resign after her leaked phone call with former Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen. (Reuters: Chalinee Thirasupa) A dynasty in strife Ms Paetongtarn's battles after only 10 months in power underline the declining strength of the Pheu Thai Party. The populist juggernaut of the billionaire Shinawatra dynasty has dominated Thai elections since 2001. Ms Paetongtarn was the third prime minister in her family, after her father, Thaksin Shinawatra, a telecom billionaire who has been one of Thailand's top political operators, and her aunt, Yingluck Shinawatra, who was the country's first female prime minister. Mr Thaksin was ousted by a military coup in 2006 and Ms Yingluck by a court ruling in 2014. It has been a baptism of fire for the political novice, who was thrust into power as Thailand's youngest premier and replacement for Srettha Thavisin, who was dismissed by the Constitutional Court for violating ethics by appointing a minister who was once jailed. Paetongtarn Shinawatra's father Thaksin Shinawatra is facing a lese-majesty case stemming from a 2015 media interview. (Instagram: Paetongtarn Shinawatra) Ms Paetongtarn is not alone in her troubles: Mr Thaksin, the driving force behind her government, is also facing legal hurdles of his own in two different courts this month. Mr Thaksin, according to his lawyer, appeared at his first hearing at Bangkok's Criminal Court on Tuesday on charges he insulted Thailand's powerful monarchy, a serious offence punishable by up to 15 years in prison if found guilty. The divisive tycoon denies the allegations and has repeatedly pledged allegiance to the crown. The case stems from a 2015 media interview Mr Thaksin gave South Korean media while in self-imposed exile. After 15 years abroad, he returned to Thailand in 2023 to serve a prison sentence for conflicts of interest and abuse of power. Mr Thaksin, 75, dodged jail and spent six months in hospital detention on medical grounds before being released on parole in February last year. The Supreme Court will this month scrutinise that hospital stay and could potentially send him back to jail. ABC/Reuters/AP

Criminal Court to begin witness hearings in Thaksin lèse majesté case The Criminal Court will begin hearing prosecution witnesses in the lèse majesté case against former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra on Monday, with sessions scheduled to run over three consecutive days from July 1–3. Public prosecutors have charged Thaksin under Section 112 of the Criminal Code and the 2007 Computer Crime Act. The charges stem from an interview he gave to South Korean media in 2015, in which he allegedly made remarks deemed offensive to the monarchy. Thaksin has denied all allegations and is currently out on bail. The court has scheduled full-day hearings from 9am to 4.30pm over the three days. Thaksin is required to attend the hearings in person each day... LINK POLL
